Julie Settle was a Flagler College student in the late 80’s, then pursued professional life in Atlanta, Georgia, and returned to her beautiful St. Augustine in 2014. She began her real estate career as a loan originator in 2017 and developed a good working relationship with Land Title. So, when she joined the Land Title Team in 2022 as a processor / closer, it really felt like coming home.
